    Business Development Manager - 138 - South East

    Our client is a leading name in supplying products and systems into the UK's merchant network. An opportunity has presented itself for a driven salesperson to join their external sales team, focusing on the South East region. 

    The position will include managing key accounts while developing existing and new customers, focusing on contractors. Identify, target, and develop sales opportunities for assigned products within the regional sectors. The successful candidate will have good experience in building relationships and increasing the client case while monitoring margins across the regions and products. Ensuring all KPIs are achieved and undertake product demonstrations and staff training where applicable. A self-motivated individual is essential with the negotiation skills to meet targets and expectations. 

    Knowledge of flat roofing products would be an advantage but not essential. Excellent communication skills at all levels and competent IT experience, including Excel, PP, Word, and CRM systems, so activity levels can be recorded and accurate reports provided. In return, a competitive package is being offered with an incentivised commission scheme and career progression for the right candidate.
