We are working with a leading designer & supplier of insulation roofing systems who have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their national sales team. A proven track record is required that demonstrates a pro-active, high energy and self-motivated approach to establish, develop and maintain business synergies with key clientele in the region.
Building new business relationships with key waterproofing manufacturers, envelope & specialist Contractors. able to carry out site surveys to provide sufficient information to enable the design team to produce drawings. Increase conversions rates on all enquiries, build on existing relationships and creating long lasting partnerships with new clients within Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 customers. Aim to achieve annual sales targets & budgets in line with company expectations while updating & utilising CRM system to ensure accurate flow of information. Provide monthly reports where required to the NSM including activity during month, market feedback etc.
The successful candidate will understand the specification route to market with knowledge of flat roofing/insulation. Good understanding of where to prospecting for new business with a strong commercial mindset. Standards & regulation knowledge would also be an advantage.
