My client is an expanding Contractor who are looking for an experienced Estimator with good flat roofing knowledge. The role will also consist of working closely with the site management team and ensuring the projects run as per the tender awarded.
The successful applicant will be working mostly in the office with 1 day at home and will be joining our rapidly expanding team to help continue to grow our business.
- You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for tenders to specification with a focus on winning business.
- You will work with the commercial department to set clear budgets for all works involved in the project.
- You will work with our design team to ensure all drawings and details are correct and as required for internal needs and as per customer requirements.
- You will work with the project team to make sure all deliverables are being met.
- You will work with procurement department to place orders and provide schedules.
- You will be responsible for dealing with clients, suppliers and our own team to ensure you have the most accurate and up to date information to help with preparing your estimates.
