A natural relationship builder who can establish, nurture and strengthen long term relationships with key account clients to ensure their expectations are met while increasing business growth. Develop and execute strategic account plans to align client needs with the company's service. Identify and capitalise on opportunities to drive revenue growth across all business units. Liaise between the key account working closely with business development, external sales & internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Monitoring account performance, providing accurate feedback and produce regular verbal & written reports on forecasts and activity levels.
