A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a new role within the organisation. My client would like to speak with National Business Development Managers who have a background in building long-term relationships with national 7 regional house builders.
The role will largely focus on creating a sales channel working with UK housebuilders. The existing sales channel works directly with roofing contractors, and we are looking to open a new channel in view of creating a pipeline of specification opportunities with housebuilders to push demand back through contractors and sales through the National branch network. Achieving sales targets by proactively driving sales of the roofing products while creating rapport with key stakeholders. Manage and monitor a pipeline of on-going opportunities while overseeing the complete sales process from lead generation to specification and handover to internal account management.
Must have experience in specification sales and understands the housebuilding / contracting industry. Knowledge of building / compliance regulations within UK. Strong with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Outlook along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be willing to travel and apply a professional, self-motivated and enthusiastic approach. Reporting directly into the commercial Director.
