Our client is a leading supplier of insulation roofing systems who have a regonised presence across the UK. Due to expansion plans along with an emphasis to continue to deliver a high quality service, we are looking to appoint a National Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record that demonstrates strategic leadership skills. Main responsibilities will include developing and executing a national sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives. Identify market opportunities and trends to drive sales performance. Forecast sales targets and contribute to annual budgeting and planning processes. Lead, coach and motivate the regional Business Development Managers while setting KPIs and monitoring performance to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded. To foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture within the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high level personal within key accounts. Attending trade shows and networking events to represent the company and identify new opportunities along with negotiating trading terms with high-value clients. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience while monitoring competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly. A strong and effective man-manager with a tenacious approach with the analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset who will increase sales across the team.
