We are delighted to be working with a leading manufacturer of flat roofing systems who are implementing their expansions plans for the UK market. The will commence with the introduction of a Technical Support Technician.
The ideal candidate will reside in the midlands as the position will focus on the larger roofing projects across the country. The main objectives for the role will be to uphold and enhance the companies reputation for technical excellence and product quality. Supporting the registered approved contractor network, sales team and external specifiers through expert training, proactive technical assistance and quality assurance. Ensuring all products are installed to the highest standards, thereby contributing directly to customer satisfaction, the reliability of product warranties, and the long term success of the company.
Conduct monthly, structured training courses and being available to problem solve while offering technical advise when required. Oversee thorough site inspections and completed projects to ensure roofing systems are consistently installed in accordance with the specification and installation techniques. Respond the complain issues and investigate when required, compiling technical reports to outline resolutions.
An experience Site Technician/Trainer with excellent communication skills at all levels with clear understanding of current legislation and good time management. In return, a competitive package awaits the successful candidate along with genuine career progr4ession as the UK team grows.
