Our client is a leading manufacturer within the roofing sector with an established and highly regarded reputation. Having now implemented expansion plans for 2026, we are looking for a Technical Business Development Manager to oversee a south London and southern Home Counties region.
Responsibilities will include proactively enhancing the companies presence within designated sectors through strategic foresight and execution, in close collaboration with regional teams for a unified approach. Aiming to significantly increase the volume and improve the quality of new specification projects. Systematically refine processes for ongoing projects to enhance conversion rates, ensuring a solid pipeline of valuable projects. Liaising with Architects, Building Surveyors, Specifiers and Contractors to for sharing knowledge about latest product innovations and solutions. These sessions are essential for forging robust professional relationships and cementing our clients status as an industry pioneer.
Early identification and strategic management of potential territorial challenges are key to ensuring ongoing growth and market penetration. A technically driven, strong negotiator who has a proven track record in exceeding targets and budgets can look forward to a generous package that includes an uncapped 3% commission incentive along with exciting career progression for anyone looking to further their prospects within the industry.
