An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Technical salesperson to join the commercial team initially overseeing the Southwest/Midlands region. Once the region becomes more established, the successful candidate will focus on a national territory which will involve achieving budgeted turnover and profitability targets, manage and develop new business in the defined sales region through a consultative sales approach, support, manage, develop and motivate members of the sales team while understanding market trends and align the sales team's focus accordingly.
Managing key accounts, provide technical/consultative sales support by networking and building strong working relationships within all departments of the customer/client. This includes areas such as technical, estimating, purchasing and contracts managers. A target driven approach will be required with excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of creating relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the business.
